How it is funded

The HEPRR Programme.

The Health Emergency Preparedness, Response and Resilience (HEPRR) Programme is a World Bank-financed regional operation for East and Southern Africa, co-implemented by ECSA-HC and IGAD. Zambia is one of eight participating countries. Through it, the Government of Zambia strengthens national health-emergency systems — including digital health and Points-of-Entry screening — with ECSA-HC providing the regional technical assistance that supports deploying tools like POE Sentinel.
